Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

Forkin offers a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period:

  • You have full access to all premium features
  • You can cancel at any time without being charged
  • Your card will only be charged after the trial period ends

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Forkin subscription at any time:

  • Go to your subscription settings
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Trial Period: Cancel anytime during the 14-day trial for a full refund (no charge)
  • First Payment: Request a refund within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund
  • Subsequent Payments: Refunds are generally not provided for subsequent billing cycles, but we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team through your account settings
  2. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th of the month, you'll be billed on the 15th of each subsequent month.

Payment Issues

If a payment fails:

  • We will attempt to charge your card multiple times
  • You'll receive email notifications about failed payments
  • Update your payment method in your account settings
  • If payment issues persist, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled

Account Data After Cancellation

After you cancel your subscription:

  • Your saved recipes remain accessible in read-only mode
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time
  • Premium features will no longer be available
  • Your data is retained according to our privacy policy
